Pricing Update: More Features, Lower Costs, Easier Fundraising!

At Donor Wrangler, our goal is to empower non-profits by offering effective, affordable tools. Thus, we’re thrilled to announce an exciting change in our pricing structure for our email marketing features, designed to help you achieve more without increasing your budget.

Previously, activating marketing emails in Donor Wrangler required a base charge of $25/month—even if you didn’t send a single email. While the pricing model was cheaper than other platforms that would charge based on the number of contacts versus the number of emails sent, it became clear that this approach didn’t always line up with our goal of providing cost-effective solutions.

For example, what if you only sent a newsletter every other month? On the months where you sent nothing, you still had to pay. For smaller non-profits just getting started, an extra charge every month could discourage them from using the very marketing tools that will help them gain a foothold and grow. Thus, wee decided that it was time to make a change.

Starting immediately, you’ll only pay for marketing emails if your account sends over 5,000 total emails in a given month. This means if your organization sends fewer than 5,000 emails monthly, you’ll now have powerful email marketing capabilities available to you at no additional charge!

In addition to this pricing update, the update adds some new features to the marketing email capabilities:

  • Targeted Email Campaigns from Reports: Previously, generating a bulk email from a report would not automatically associate the generated emails with a campaign, making it more difficult to measure results. Generating an email from a report now utilizes the Campaigns functionality.
  • Event and Volunteer Signups: With the push of a button, you can generate a new email campaign that will target all donors who have signed up to volunteer for an event, or who have completed an event registration form. This makes it much easier to send out updates to participants.
  • Campaigns for Relationship Emails: Campaigns are no longer limited to marketing emails. You can now develop a relationship email and send it out using the campaign functionality.

While many platforms are raising prices, we’re committed to keeping our services affordable and accessible. Our goal is simple: help you become a more effective fundraiser without the added stress of rising costs.
