Our Startup subscription level is designed to provide an incredible value to a non-profit organization that is just starting out. We are providing a free level of access because we want to help non-profits who are getting started by encouraging the best practice of using a donor management system. However, there are a few limitations and differences to this subscription level.
Features: You will have access to all of Donor Wrangler’s features with the exception of the Video Maker and Grant Management Module.
Donation Forms: When using the donation forms feature integrated with a Stripe account, Donor Wrangler will add a 2% application fee in addition to Stripe’s processing fees. This fee can be offset by generous donors who choose to cover the processing fees in addition to their donation.
**Donation Forms built using iATS Payments do not have this additional fee**
Support: The Donor Wrangler team is happy to provide you with any support that your organization may need. However at the Free subscription level, you are limited to e-mail correspondence.

The Marketing Emails module is our only add-on feature with a set monthly fee at this time. The pricing is based on the number of emails that you send:

If your organization requires additional users beyond what is included at your subscription level and you aren’t ready to upgrade, additional user accounts can be added to your subscription for an extra $10/month per user.
As a new customer, you can have your data imported as part of an onboarding service, priced at $150.
Existing customers can have one list of donors or donations imported per year at no charge. If additional imports will be needed, these will be done for a fee of $50 per import.
If your website is WordPress based, and you are not happy with your current provider, or are having issues, we can assist with hosting and routine maintenance. (Sites are hosted on a different server than the one that runs Donor Wrangler.) This service is available for $25/month. We also can build new websites.
